About this opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced concierge professionals who can help train their latest language model on guest services and hospitality tasks.
We're looking for senior concierges with 5+ years at luxury hotels or high-end service environments to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core concierge workflows: guest request handling, itinerary planning, vendor coordination, VIP service documentation, and personalized recommendation writing.
Compensation: $50/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: April

- Strong expertise in guest experience, itinerary planning, and vendor relations
