About this opportunity
We're building a paid, confidential panel of developers who regularly run workstation-sized AI models locally in real coding work.
Relevant profiles include software engineers, freelance developers, researchers and data scientists, founders and technical product managers, and open-source tooling builders. Panel members take part in surveys, interviews and hands-on testing of new models on a flexible, ongoing basis.
Key requirements
- Runs workstation-sized AI models locally on personal hardware as part of regular coding work.
- Can describe at least two recent local workflows in detail, including the models, tooling and agent setup used.
- Can compare the strengths and weaknesses of at least two local models, including when to switch to a hosted frontier model.
- Is comfortable signing a restrictive NDA and discussing experience without breaching employer or client confidentiality.
