About this opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced order management professionals who can help train their latest language model on order processing and customer order workflows.
We're looking for senior order clerks and specialists with 5+ years in high-volume order management environments at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core order workflows: order entry documentation, order status communication, discrepancy resolution, shipping coordination, and customer order correspondence.
Compensation: $50/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: April
